Happy Back to School! I'm looking forward to this school year. It's my 3rd year in my school district so this year I feel really good about knowing my kids and teachers. I am helping out this year by serving in an evaluation role while another SLP is on maternity leave and am learning a lot!
This adapted book is a great easy activity to start off the school year. I like having visuals for my vocabulary targets paired with written words. I also things it is helpful to have each word blocked off to increase 1:1 correspondence. I often work on "I see" sentences as a carrier phrase for my students without a lot of language or who are using AAC.
You can either download, print, and laminate this book or download it as a PDF on the ipad and open it with ibooks. Using ibooks is quick and no-prep!
